Orion cameras combine state of the art gimbal stabilization and crystal-clear imagery with low latencies thanks to the micro-tether high-speed and interference-free data transmission technology.
Thanks to Flir and Sony leading industrial sensors, Orion surveillance cameras are the ultimate solution for persistent aerial surveillance.
Capture and stream sharp imagery, detect, track and protect your assets.
XDM is a gyro-stabilized multi-sensor camera with a Full HD day-light – optical zoom x30 and an infrared camera with a choice of six lenses. XDM can be used in any day/night/weather conditions for demanding observation missions, thanks to its E/O and IR sensors and its zoom x30.
Compact, lightweight and well-stabilized, it is a perfect tool for long staring missions. Its powerful zoom and good stabilization make it a unique tool for tethered drones’ surveillance missions.

The DRI represent the level of detail you are able to see on an object:
• Detection: You can say that an object of the same size of what you wish to see is present.
• Recognition: You are able to established the class of the object (car, human, building)
• Identification: You can establish the subclass of an object (SUV, military truck, fire-fighter, etc.)
We computed DRI specification on EV7500 camera using the Johnson Criteria: the standard used in order to evaluate the DRI specifications of a camera. It is calculated based on how many pixels are needed to detect, recognize and identify an object in good weather conditions. Please note that this criterion is based on a 50% accuracy rate.
